We hope you are satisfied with everything you purchase from us, but we do understand that you may need to return items sometimes. For that reason, we have a no questions asked approach to refunding your order should you change your mind or not be happy with the product, so long as:

You return it within 30 working days of receiving your order, having notified us of its return, it has not been used or damaged, and the items are kept in their original packaging.

We advise all our customers to purchase the smaller 10ml size bottles before buying oils in larger sizes so you can test the product first without causing wastage or contamination to larger batches of oil

We are not able to meet the fees of returning items unless the order is not correct, faulty or damaged on arrival. For all other reasons, the return postage is at your own cost. For returns, we strongly recommend using a tracked service or at the minimum obtaining a free proof of posting receipt from the post office which can help recover the cost of the item should it be lost or damaged in transit.

If you are not happy with your order, you are welcome to return it for a full refund within 30 days of the arrival date at your address, Products must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. If the products have been used we are unable to offer a refund. Please make sure you are happy with the scent of the oil before using them.
