Description: Thyme Essential oil is made from the leaves and flowers of the plant, then turned into Thyme oil via steam distillation. There are two main types of thyme oil, red and white and this is the white variation. The aroma of thyme Essential oil is herbaceous, medicinal and pungent.

Thyme essential oil in aromatherapy is to gain alertness; it awakens the mind and is also cleansing, stimulating and renewing.

Thyme Essential oil in cosmetics and skincare is used to clear the skin, improving texture and feel.

Thyme Essential Oil Blends With:

Eucalyptus, Bergamot, Cinnamon, Fir, Cypress, Grapefruit, Ginger, Frankincense, Coriander, Hyssop, Oregano, Nutmeg, Orange, Juniper, Myrrh, Rosewood, Pine, Geranium, Black Pepper.

Uses:

Massage oil: Always dilute with a carrier such as almond, grapeseed, coconut, castor or olive oil. Always do a patch test first.

Baths: Simply add a few drops of your favourite essential oil to a nice warm bath.

Diffusers: This product can be used in traditional candle lit oil burners and the modern electric style; simply add a few drops to water.

Candles and cosmetics: This product can be used in candles and in cosmetic formulations; you will need to follow correct recipes and formulas and use the correct amount of ingredients and essential oils.

Storage: Always make sure the lid is left on the bottle after use. Our oils are sold in amber pet or glass bottles to protect from sunlight. Make sure the product is out of reach of children and animals.
