Tangerine Essential oil is made from the Peel of the plant then turned into Tangerine oil via cold pressed extraction.
The aroma of Tangerine Essential oil is similar to orange and mandarin. Tangerine Essential oil in aromatherapy is said to help with lifting the sprit, creating a sense of calm and security but also creating a buzz of energy with its citrus aroma. Tangerine Essential oil in cosmetics and skincare is used for its antiseptic properties and aroma for scenting finished products.
Tangerine Essential Oil Blends With:
Lemon, Lime, Bergamot, Orange, Cinnamon, Cypress, Ginger, Frankincense, Coriander, Hyssop, Oregano, May Chang, Nutmeg, Patchouli.
Uses:
Massage oil: Always dilute with a carrier such as almond sweet or grapeseed at a rate of 0.5- 2% essential oil to base oil. Always do a patch test first.
Diffusers: This product can be used in traditional candle lit oil burners and modern electric style diffusers.
Candles and cosmetics: This product can be used in candles and in cosmetic formulations but you will need to follow correct recipes and formulas and make sure you have the relevant finished product safety testing carried out if selling to general public.
Storage: Always make sure the lid is left on the bottle after use. Our oils are sold in amber pet or glass bottles to protect from sunlight. Make sure the product is out of reach of children and animals.
